Marie Prassler is the founder and ceramic artist behind Maki Pottery. With a background in psychology, she began pottery as a hobby alongside her studies. After setting up her own studio in the basement of her shared apartment, she started selling her works. In 2021, she decided to pursue pottery full-time, set up a new little studio in her own flat and founded Maki Pottery.

In August 2023, Marie opened a community ceramic studio where she has been creating her pottery since. All of her pieces are crafted from stoneware on the potter's wheel. What sets Marie's work apart is her dedication to achieving vibrant, eye-catching colors and shapes, which are inspired by 70s design objects.

Maki Pottery offers high-quality ceramic products that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Marie's focus is on craftsmanship and creativity, and she looks forward to introducing you to her unique creations.
