After artistic studies at the Accademia di Brera, Lucrezia chose to delve into the fascinating world of jewelry making, drawn by the opportunity to transform raw materials into wearable works of art. It was precisely this fervent passion that drove her to explore and re-interpret the oldest and most fascinating techniques of goldsmithing, including the renowned lost wax technique.

Lost wax technique

The Lunifatto jewelry pieces are primarily created using the lost wax technique. Once the jewelry design is conceived, the desired shape is modeled. The wax prototype is then cast in the desired metal, followed by finishing and crafting. The raw piece is manually worked and refined to remove any imperfections and add decorative details.
